Requirements

Education


  • Masters, Textile Engineering from any reputed university in Bangladesh.
  • Bachelor/Honors, Textile Engineering from any reputed university in Bangladesh.

Experience


  • 10 Year

Additional Requirements


  • Experience: At least 10 years of relevant working experience (essential);
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Especially, the Experience of Buyers like, Target USA, Zara & Uniqlo will get an advantage;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of QMS, IE, and lean tools; Knowledge of updated machines and equipment;
  • Strong work ethic in work;
  • Reporting skills, and computer skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Fully responsible for ensuring product safety and quality standards meet customer requirements.
  • Implement quality processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Establish quality standards, manage the Quality Control system, and ensure ongoing Quality Assurance.
  • Develop a quality action plan, organize risk assessment meetings (PP, Pilot, First Bulk), and maintain records; distribute these records to relevant departments and analyze results.
  • Monitor daily AQL audit and DHU reports, and develop corrective and preventive action plans based on the analysis.
  • Conduct daily quality audits and submit reports to the Unit Head of the department.
  • Lead risk analysis meetings for all product styles and maintain appropriate records.
  • Prepare the factory for technical and quality audits.
  • Possess the ability to provide training to staff and workers.
