In-depth knowledge of ornamental plants, seasonal flowers, and landscaping practices.
Proven experience in nursery management, plant propagation, and pest and disease control.
Strong skills in irrigation planning, soil management, and fertilizer application.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage daily field operations efficiently.
Strong planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor field environments.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Experience in large-scale horticulture or estate management will be considered an advantage.
Oversee and manage nursery operations, including seedling production, plant propagation, pruning, and overall plant care.
Supervise landscaping, garden maintenance, beautification initiatives, and seasonal plantation activities.
Monitor plant health, identify diseases and pest infestations, and implement appropriate plant protection measures.
Plan and manage irrigation systems, fertilizer application, soil treatment, and greenhouse operations.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate horticulture workers, gardeners, and field staff to ensure quality work and timely task completion.
Manage procurement of seeds, fertilizers, tools, and equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Develop plantation plans, prepare budgets, and submit regular progress and performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with environmental standards and maintain high-quality horticultural and nursery practices.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for effective execution of horticulture and landscaping projects.
Introduce and implement modern, sustainable horticultural techniques to improve productivity and plant quality.
