  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Develop and maintain talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
  • Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to enhance employee morale and productivity.
  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational needs.
