Responsibilities & Context
As the HR Manager at AR Malik Seeds Pvt. Ltd., you will oversee and manage the entire range of human resource functions, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and the company's business objectives. This key role supports AR Malik Seeds' growth in the agriculture and seed production industry by optimizing HR practices, fostering a positive workplace culture, and handling talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various departments to cultivate an inclusive, productive environment while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies to ensure smooth operations across the organization, ensuring proper execution.
- Establish and maintain an effective performance management system for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and consistently hire suitable candidates based on those requirements.
- Lead the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration for new employees.
- Manage personnel records and prepare reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, conducting performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
- Assist managers in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conducting employee evaluations.
- Identify and organize training programs to meet organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, particularly in regard to wages, taxes, and employee benefits.
- Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Implement and regularly update the HR module within the ERP system to automate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee self-service portals.
