Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the recruitment process, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.
  • Collaborate with plant management to ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance logs, and compliance documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics, compliance issues, and employee performance to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Work with the safety team to enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safety-first culture among employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards within the plant.
  • Manage the performance review process, set objectives, and support employees' career development.
  • Oversee office administration, including facilities management, vendor relations, and budgeting for administrative expenses.
