Responsibilities & Context

S. A Group of Industries is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager of HR & Administration to join our factory team. The role involves overseeing the entire HR and administrative operations with efficiency, professionalism, dedication, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all functions of the HR & Administration Department at the factory.

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and placement of required workers and non-management staff according to the approved organizational structure.

  • Ensure accurate preparation and timely disbursement of salaries, wages, overtime allowances, and other payments.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, employee health and safety standards, employee rights and benefits, and security measures in accordance with local laws and requirements.

  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and training sessions on health, hygiene, occupational safety, and epidemic response.

  • Coordinate training activities by preparing schedules and modules based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA), conduct training sessions, maintain records, and analyze participant feedback.

  • Identify compliance gaps and ensure systematic and planned resolution of any non-conformities.

  • Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAP) within deadlines and submit them to relevant authorities as required.

  • Liaise with various stakeholders, government agencies, and other parties to ensure all licenses, certificates, and legal documents are up to date and properly maintained.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of HR or Management.
