Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a competent Manager – HR, Operations & Administration to lead talent acquisition and core HR functions, while also managing essential administrative and operational activities. This role is vital for building and retaining high-performing software teams, managing people operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and office processes in a growing software company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineers, QA, designers, and non-technical roles.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives and labor laws.

  • Manage onboarding, orientation, probation, confirmation, and exit procedures.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and KPI reviews in coordination with team leads.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR files, and databases.

  • Address employee grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.

  • Oversee daily office operations, including administration, attendance, and leave management.

  • Manage payroll, salary processing, expense claims, bills, and related financial documentation.

  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, legal advisors, and service providers.

  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and employee recognition programs.
