We are seeking a competent Manager – HR, Operations & Administration to lead talent acquisition and core HR functions, while also managing essential administrative and operational activities. This role is vital for building and retaining high-performing software teams, managing people operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR and office processes in a growing software company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineers, QA, designers, and non-technical roles.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company objectives and labor laws.
Manage onboarding, orientation, probation, confirmation, and exit procedures.
Conduct performance evaluations and KPI reviews in coordination with team leads.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR files, and databases.
Address employee grievances, handle disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
Oversee daily office operations, including administration, attendance, and leave management.
Manage payroll, salary processing, expense claims, bills, and related financial documentation.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, legal advisors, and service providers.
Organize team-building activities, workshops, and employee recognition programs.
