Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Ability to collaborate with different departments to organize events and manage HR operations effectively.
Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws in Bangladesh.

Talent Acquisition (45%)
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
Post job openings, screen applicants, and conduct interviews.
Design and manage onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires, clearly communicating company policies and culture.
Employee Engagement & Employer Branding (15%)
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, recognition programs, wellness activities, and cultural events.
Develop HR branding campaigns in partnership with Marketing, manage BTI’s participation in job fairs and university programs.
Monitor employer brand perception on social media and job portals, representing BTI externally as needed.
HR Policy Development & Compliance (10%)
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh labor laws.
Maintain accurate records, conduct HR audits, and manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
Employee Separation & Exit Management (15%)
Oversee employee separation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational and legal policies.
Conduct structured exit interviews, prepare reports, and ensure smooth offboarding, including clearance, settlements, and documentation.
HR Metrics & Reporting (15%)
Track key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, turnover rate) and use HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare and submit HR reports to the department head.
Reporting Line: This role reports directly to the CHRO.
