Manager- IT

✔ Age: At least 21 years
✔ Strong knowledge of trading systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), back-office software, and networking.
✔ Hands-on experience in server management, database administration, and cybersecurity.
✔ Prior leadership or managerial experience will be highly preferred.

JSK Group is looking for a competent, proactive, and experienced Manager – IT to lead the organization’s IT operations, infrastructure, security, and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and manage the overall IT department, operations, and technology strategy.
✔ Ensure the smooth operation of trading software, back-office systems, and network infrastructure.
✔ Maintain and secure servers, databases, hardware, software, and other IT assets.
✔ Ensure data security, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, including applicable BSEC and DSE/CSE requirements.
✔ Coordinate with software vendors, ISPs, hardware suppliers, and technology service providers.
✔ Oversee system upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
✔ Provide IT support for the trading floor, branch offices, and management.
✔ Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, security controls, and risk management procedures.
✔ Lead, supervise, and train IT team members to ensure effective service delivery.
✔ Perform any other IT-related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
