Additional Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science/Information Systems (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology projects with a history of successful project completion.
  • Knowledge of adaptive project management approaches, such as Scrum and Extreme Programming, is a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee full-cycle management of technology initiatives, ensuring timely completion with efficient tracking, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including key contributors and engineers, to support smooth project implementation.
  • Maintain essential project documentation, such as project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all participants.
  • Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate project needs, recognize potential challenges, and develop proactive solutions.
  • Lead project scheduling, timeline management, and monitor project milestones and outcomes.
  • Promote continuous improvement by integrating best practices and lessons learned from prior projects.
  • Facilitate clear communication among all participants, delivering regular updates on project progress, risks, and challenges.
