To support and expand our team, we are seeking smart, ambitious, energetic, and committed individuals for the listed position.

Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary legal representative in courts, mediations, and arbitration proceedings, effectively advocating for the company’s interests.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents for trials and court proceedings.
  • Represent the company in legal matters, strategically managing all litigation, and coordinating with external counsel when needed.
  • Develop and oversee the company’s legal policies and positions.
  • Safeguard the company against legal risks and violations.
  • Continuously evaluate potential legal threats to the company’s operations and formulate proactive strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Review legal implications of new products and services, and negotiate agreements on behalf of the company.
  • Advise senior management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Handle all legal matters related to land purchases, registration, leases, and other property-related transactions.
  • Actively engage in resolving disputes over land ownership, boundaries, and usage rights through negotiation or legal proceedings, if necessary. Develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate potential legal issues associated with land transactions.
  • Lead efforts to ensure that all contractual agreements with third parties are thorough, clearly defining the company’s rights, obligations, and remedies.
