  • 4-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager specializing in Tonello machines within a denim washing plant.
  • Strong leadership qualities paired with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills, complemented by problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A team player with effective interpersonal communication skills in both Bangla and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop a comprehensive work plan for electrical maintenance and development projects, overseeing all electrical installation work and maintaining accurate records of electrical schedules and maintenance activities.
  • Manage, monitor, and supervise all electro-mechanical work to ensure the efficient execution of overall electrical maintenance operations.
  • Oversee the preventive, predictive, and reliable maintenance schedule for mechanical equipment in the plant.
  • Prepare a schedule for any necessary shutdowns required for the preventive maintenance of laundry wet process machines, dryers, and hydro extractors.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of boilers, compressors, and all types of generator sets.
  • Take responsibility for the safety of all mechanical devices used in industrial machinery.
  • Monitor the fuel system, steam system, compressed air system, closed cooling water system (LT & HT), and other areas of the plant to minimize resource consumption.
  • Prepare schedules for both preventive and breakdown maintenance projects.
  • Identify issues with plant equipment and communicate them to the maintenance team for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational and maintenance procedures and standards, adhering to ISO standards and the guidelines of Accord and Alliance for Environment, Quality Management, and Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Monitor and record process parameters, developing proactive maintenance plans as needed.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for submission to management.
