• Ensure timely submission of payments, Letters of Credit (LCs), Utilization Declarations (UDs), and all necessary commercial documents from customers in adherence to company policies.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing effectively to secure deals.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Regularly prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
• Provide guidance and constructive feedback to subordinates, fostering skill development and addressing areas for improvement.
