Preferred background in the garments, textile, or garment accessories industries
Age between 30 and 40 years
Proven experience in Industrial Engineering (IE) or in a planning-related role
Must have hands-on experience with visa processing, air ticket reservations, and hotel bookings both domestically and internationally
Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborate closely with the production team to monitor reporting and requirements, implementing solutions that align with business needs and updating the Managing Director (MD) accordingly.
Gather, review, and analyze reports to assess progress toward strategic goals and regularly report findings to the MD.
Monitor all correspondence addressed to the MD, including emails and letters, ensuring timely communication and updates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all correspondence and relevant information.
Draft and respond to emails, manage appointments, and handle a wide range of inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate the MD’s travel and accommodation needs, ensuring all arrangements align with his preferences and schedule.
Prepare the MD for meetings, events, or other engagements by providing all necessary background information.
Maintain organized records of both physical and digital documents and communications on behalf of the MD.
