• Costing & Pricing:
• Perform product and garment costing independently with precision.
• Provide instant price quotations and lead price negotiations to secure orders effectively.
• Buyer & Vendor Communication:
• Communicate proficiently with Buying Houses, Liaison Offices, factory personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle buyers independently, conducting marketing, sales, and negotiations in fluent English.
• Sourcing & Procurement:
• Arrange all required yarns, fabrics, and accessories from both local and international sources for sampling and production needs.
• Order Coordination & Execution:
• Act as a coordinator among all concerned parties to ensure timely execution and shipment of orders.
• Monitor material inventory, production processes, and team performance to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain and oversee the effective implementation of Time and Action (TNA) plans.
• Business Development:
• Manage and handle multiple accounts efficiently, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
• Proactively bring in new business opportunities and expand the company’s portfolio.
• Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence:
• Play a key role in long-term planning initiatives, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the quality execution of orders from development to shipment, maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the process.
