Key Responsibilities – Marketing Manager (Textile & Apparel)

• Lead and manage overall marketing operations, aligning strategies with company goals and product offerings.
• Prepare accurate costing sheets and determine competitive pricing for knit and apparel products.
• Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing buyers.
• Drive business expansion by exploring new markets and building direct connections with international buyers.
• Conduct sales forecasting and in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and increase revenue.
• Develop and execute effective marketing plans, including market segmentation, buyer targeting, and strategic outreach.
• Perform global market research to stay updated on emerging trends, customer demands, and industry movements.
• Plan long-term capacity and business growth strategies to optimize cost efficiency and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle cost analysis, price negotiations, and organize buyer meetings with strong tactical negotiation skills.
• Oversee product development, including trend analysis, fashion forecasting, and sourcing sustainable materials based on buyer requirements.
• Ensure smooth production follow-up, maintaining product quality and meeting delivery deadlines.
• Manage the merchandising process, including product selection, pricing strategies, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with factories to ensure on-time delivery through capacity planning and timely sourcing of fabrics and trims.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Deliver products that meet brand standards while maximizing sales performance, gross margin, and profitability.
• Use cost analysis and risk assessment tools to ensure business clarity and measure overall profitability.
• Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective sourcing strategies to enhance operational performance.
• Improve departmental profit margins through smart fabric sourcing, effective negotiations, cost-saving initiatives, and timely delivery.
• Maintain strong communication and long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, suppliers, and partners.
