Responsibilities & Context

  • Possess excellent Knit Production Management capabilities.
  • Responsible for effective production planning.
  • Follow up with the production floor to ensure effective implementation of plans.
  • Monitor order status and conduct regular meetings with merchandising and marketing teams for order planning.
  • Build strong relationships with the merchandising department and production staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure accurate and optimal capacity planning while focusing on cost reduction and increased profitability.
  • Manage production planning staff and schedule raw materials to meet production timelines.
  • Continuously monitor production status to ensure it aligns with the production plan. If discrepancies arise, conduct root cause analysis and implement quick solutions for smooth operations.
  • Maintain close relationships with operational teams to ensure on-time delivery of products and optimal use of equipment and manpower.
  • Review production plans, considering capacity and strengths, while ensuring timely shipment targets are met.
  • Analyze the overall production plan vs. actual achievements and present operational performance reports.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required.
