Responsibilities & Context

  • The candidate must possess strong knowledge and expertise in planning for the washing section.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities with a positive attitude and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Proven leadership experience is essential.
  • Coordinate with the planning department for the allocation of similar styles, capacity planning, and monthly factory planning based on historical factory efficiency data.
  • Responsible for developing effective monthly and advance production plans in collaboration with the Marketing, Merchandising, Production Head, and Management teams.
  • Review production plans considering factory capacity and workforce strength, ensuring timely shipments through effective production follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate and optimized capacity planning that supports cost reduction and improved profitability.
  • Stay updated on the current production status and assess whether it aligns with the planned schedule. In case of deviations, conduct root cause analysis and implement swift solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Foster strong working relationships with the Merchandising and Production teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the production planning team and manage raw material scheduling to meet production deadlines.
  • Create capacity graphs and balance production lines to achieve targeted efficiency levels.
