Responsibilities & Context

  • We are a 100% export-oriented, renowned knit garments manufacturer, seeking a dynamic, energetic, and analytical candidate for the position of "Manager - QMS." The ideal candidate must have completed the ISO 9001:2015 course and be capable of handling all types of technical audits with professionalism, achieving the best possible results.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain quality systems and processes.
  • Manage, train, and develop the quality management team.
  • Oversee factory evaluations (technical audits) and ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct quality and supplier evaluations.
  • Assess customer requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Specify quality requirements for raw materials in collaboration with suppliers.
  • Work closely with the operations team to establish procedures, standards, and systems aimed at maximizing profitability.
  • Provide training and supervision to local management to ensure adherence to quality standards.
