Responsibilities & Context

  • Foster a mindset of process standardization among employees through quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate a comprehensive quality plan to ensure the company's Quality Assurance system and policies comply with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Technical, Development, and Production teams to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
  • Assist technicians in reviewing patterns, specifications, and construction, promptly identifying and resolving production issues, and making final quality decisions in line with company standards.
  • Oversee the sample evaluation and production approval process, reviewing measurements, workmanship, fittings, and accessories, and providing feedback on production quality.
  • Monitor QA/QC performance by collecting production data, generating statistical reports, and sharing insights with relevant departments. Identify and address quality-related training needs.
  • Manage all aspects of quality control and product assembly within the factory.
  • Address quality and production issues through audits and controls, overseeing production planning, machine maintenance, and the efficient use of MMR.
  • Implement Lean manufacturing principles for continuous root cause analysis and problem-solving in collaboration with the team.
  • Track orders, production schedules, and shipments to ensure on-time production and delivery, meeting critical deadlines.
  • Possess a strong understanding of QMS and technical audits in the Garment Accessories industry.
  • Review production plans against capacity and resources, ensuring timely shipment targets are met.
  • Ensure production targets are met as per the plan and maintain line balancing in accordance with the layout.
  • Supervise the combined production report, covering fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing, and shipment.
  • Facilitate effective communication with the supply chain team to improve productivity and quality."
