  • Minimum 10 years’ experience including 3 years as MANAGER in Denim is must with European Brands.
  • Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
  • Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Experience working with INDITEX Brands and thorough familiarity with INDITEX Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), GTW, and STW is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading a team of 25-30 Quality Auditors, Garment Technicians, and Wash Technicians.
  • In-depth knowledge of Denim Sewing, Washing, and Finishing processes, along with Lab and Chemical Test requirements adhering to international standards.
  • Ability to provide technical support to Merchandisers, Factories, and Clients.
  • Capable of independently communicating with Buyers to resolve production-related issues.
  • Expertise in interpreting and ensuring samples align with product specifications and technical files.
  • Adherence to Quality Control steps during sample development and production processes.
  • Conduct Product Risk Assessments and ensure that all production requirements are met in the Size Set.
  • Lead Pre-Production Meetings, In-Line, Pre-Final, and Final Inspections as per SOP to ensure that quality, testing, and packaging requirements are met.
  • Train factory Quality Control teams to achieve and maintain quality goals.
  • Strong leadership and team-building qualities to effectively guide and support the team.
