Ensure overall operational activities of Washing Quality Assurance Department;
Plan and monitor of Daily / Monthly Production Target.
Guide to executive, supervisor so that the Quality Standard is being met by Forecasting and reviewing the result.
Set the priorities, combinations of the wet and dry process according to the plan & target.
Give continuous guidance to the washing staff for machine utilization and target daily production.
Involvement in monitoring of materials (Chemicals) stock for uninterrupted operation.
Give the full support to the Research and Development for Department.
Make a continuous study of work improvement and give report to the higher authority.
Ensure that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team.
Conduct regular meetings with all employee's once in a week.
Communicate with maintenance department to ensure good running conditions of the machines & equipment for uninterrupted workflow.
Communicate with the merchandiser & buyer for sample development & bulk production.
