- Develop, implement, and sustain a Quality Management System that aligns with company standards and policies.
- Ensure manufacturing and assembly processes strictly follow QMS guidelines.
- Track and assess quality data across production units.
- Identify and execute process enhancements to boost product quality and operational efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analyses and lead continuous improvement projects.
- Oversee new model implementation and assessments.
- Manage projects from a quality engineering standpoint.
- Validate processes during production and assembly stages.
- Develop and maintain Quality Control Process Check sheets (QCPC).
- Implement protocols to address abnormalities and handle defective products.
- Supervise inspection and testing to confirm product quality standards.
- Define and enforce criteria and procedures for inspecting incoming materials, in-process items, and final products.
- Ensure regular validation, calibration, and upkeep of inspection equipment.
- Lead and mentor the quality team, providing support and guidance.
- Create and conduct training sessions on quality control standards, practices, and procedures.
- Promote a culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
- Present quality reports to senior management, focusing on key metrics and trends.
- Keep detailed records of all quality-related activities.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
