• Plan, lead, and manage the quality team in alignment with buyers' quality standards, including AQL, SOPs, manuals, and approved samples.
• Oversee, coordinate, and promote the company’s quality system and product quality improvement processes to meet buyer requirements.
• Analyze statistical data and product specifications to evaluate current standards and establish new quality and reliability benchmarks for finished products.
• Ensure quality control throughout the entire manufacturing process, including incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspections and testing.
• Collaborate effectively with technical, development, and production teams to maintain and enhance product quality, ensuring production targets are met.
• Regularly review and update the company’s quality control manual and relevant productivity and quality control materials.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance objectives, aligning them with production procedures in coordination with the Production Department.
• Plan, promote, and organize training activities focused on product quality and reliability improvements.
• Review output samples against approved samples and follow up on first output garment measurement reports.
• Identify critical operations and quality points, and clearly communicate them to the quality team.
• Develop and implement inspection criteria and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process, from fabric in-house to finished goods.
• Discuss inline inspection findings with the Production, IE, and QA teams to implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure successful inspections at various stages of production and address any non-compliance issues effectively.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management to ensure quality objectives are met.
