Education


  • Post-Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field from a reputed institute.

Additional Requirements


  • Experience: 12-15 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, preferably within a multinational organization with a workforce of 500+ employees. A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in organizational behavior, psychology, or related disciplines are advantageous.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent acquisition and management programs. Comprehensive knowledge of performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with HRIS and related software tools.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Solid understanding of HR best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Encouragement: Applications from qualified female candidates are strongly encouraged.
  • Strategic Acumen: Strong strategic thinking, planning, and analytical abilities, coupled with creativity in driving change management initiatives.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Credibility and presence to engage with executive leadership and senior colleagues effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational needs.
  • Design and implement recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and referrals.
  • Lead the Recruitment team, managing all aspects of the recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Identify, assess, and develop talent to align roles with organizational goals.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver engaging new joiner orientations and continuously update orientation materials.
  • Develop standardized recruitment assessment tests across all functions and levels.
  • Create detailed job profiles with defined competencies through role and functional analysis.
  • Enhance the employer brand through strategic engagement on online/offline platforms, branding events, and networking.
  • Provide recruitment best practice guidance to department leaders.
  • Collaborate with global regional offices for recruitment support.
  • Evaluate and refine recruitment processes for improved effectiveness and efficiency.

Organizational Development:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
  • Manage succession planning programs to address future leadership needs.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion in talent management strategies.
  • Support employees in career planning and development.
  • Create and implement individual development plans (IDPs) to foster employee growth.
  • Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Utilize HR analytics to evaluate the impact of talent management initiatives and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on recruitment, training, and development activities.
  • Handle multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and talent management practices.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and developmental opportunities.
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
