• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with the collections team to ensure timely and proper collections.
• Analyze installment trends and provide recommendations to enhance collection efficiency.
• Develop and generate regular reports on installment collections, delinquency rates, and other key metrics for senior management.
• Utilize data insights to identify potential risks and opportunities, offering actionable recommendations to improve collection strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading banks and financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for agricultural machinery.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with banks to ensure competitive financing solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financing regulations to optimize financing strategies.

• Address customer inquiries regarding financing options, ensuring a positive experience throughout the financing process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes related to installment collections and financing sourcing for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

• Frequently visit the field to monitor installment collections and ensure accuracy.
