Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare sales proposal for deal closing.
  • Provide assistance to the sales team in preparing note sheet & proposals.
  • Make sure invoices are updating regularly & ensure booking payment.
  • Prepare incentives bills & ensure payment.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and relevant documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for effective reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the construction team to ensure products are available.
  • Generate regular sales reports, performance report, and sales forecasts.
  • Summarize data for management review and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, CR and finance, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to new sales team members on sales processes, software tools, and company policies.
