Education

• Develop sales & marketing plan: Create and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for yarn-dyed fabric.
• Achieve monthly sales targets: Ensure that monthly sales targets for yarn-dyed fabric are met.
• Manage order quantity and profitability: Oversee order quantities while ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
• Stakeholder management & negotiation: Leverage strong knowledge of stakeholder management and negotiation to build effective relationships.
• Coordinate buyer’s acceptance and follow-up: Collect buyer approvals, manage merchandising, production follow-up, and ensure timely delivery as per customer requirements.
• Monitor product quality and pricing: Address quality issues, conduct product price analysis, and manage other relevant marketing functions.
• Oversee costing and production: Monitor overall costing and production processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure clear communication: Maintain effective communication with buyers and suppliers throughout the process.
• Handle product development & order execution: Manage product development, negotiate orders, and ensure smooth execution of orders, including pre-final and post-final formalities.
• Ensure timely shipments: Ensure that all shipments are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams: Work closely with production, QA, buying office representatives, QC teams, and third parties to ensure smooth operations and quality standards are met.
