Position Overview:
Basumati Construction Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Manager, Sales & Marketing to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the company’s brand presence in the real estate and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams to maximize productivity and achieve targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, promotional events, and advertising initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management review.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
Manage client communications, handle queries efficiently, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Track and monitor project sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business goals.
