Additional Requirements

  • Age: Minimum 35 years

  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of water storage products, including water tanks, FRP pressure vessels, HDPE pipes, and familiarity with their markets and applications.

  • Leadership: Proven managerial and leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve shared objectives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: 8–12 years in market sales, distribution, or corporate sales.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in plastic polymer industries or related sectors such as water tanks, water pumps, or HDPE pipes is preferred.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Design and execute robust sales strategies to achieve and surpass company goals and targets.

  • Identify emerging business opportunities and market trends to grow the customer base and diversify the product portfolio.

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance overall performance.

  • Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Work closely with the product development team to improve existing products and launch new offerings aligned with market demand.

  • Evaluate sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

  • Supervise the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives to strengthen visibility and awareness.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns, making adjustments as needed.

  • Compile detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
