The Sizing Manager is responsible for overseeing the sizing and fit processes of our product lines. This role involves managing daily production to achieve targets while ensuring compliance with the buyer’s quality standards.
Production Oversight: Ensure the smooth execution of fabric production in the factory according to buyer specifications, while meeting shipment schedules.
Task Management: Manage all tasks necessary for seamless production, ensuring successful final inspections and timely shipments.
Department Coordination: Collaborate with all departments to facilitate efficient fabric manufacturing.
Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor production to optimize output, providing clear direction on the production floor.
Production Line Setup: Establish the production line, checking consumption, costing, and inventory.
Production Tracking: Conduct hourly production follow-ups and implement strategies for improvement.
Team Communication: Maintain regular communication with the production and planning teams to resolve any issues related to production and scheduling.
Cost Optimization: Aim to achieve maximum production while minimizing costs.
Resource Utilization: Ensure the optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to enhance productivity.
Performance Reporting: Prepare periodic production performance reports for departmental heads and top management.
