Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with management and software developers to identify software solution requirements.
• Evaluate software solutions and system performance, while supervising the software development team.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers, using clear and patient explanations.
• Manage the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
• Define system specifications and analyze test data before software installation.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of software solutions.
• Collaborate with end users to ensure software functionality meets their needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software deployment and integration issues, while documenting processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitor performance metrics.
• Stay current with new software technologies and adhere to best practices in cybersecurity.
