Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in sales, marketing, or business development.
Industry Preference: Experience in selling industrial products is highly desirable.
Leadership & Teamwork: Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Travel: Willingness to frequently visit customers both inside and outside Dhaka.
Develop and execute strategic plans and tactical actions to achieve organizational objectives.
Forecast market needs, support business planning, and ensure monthly sales targets are met.
Design and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to attract potential customers.
Supervise and guide the sales team, set targets, and monitor team activities to drive sales growth.
Prepare and follow daily, weekly, and monthly customer visit plans.
Identify potential customers through extensive market visits and build strong industrial client relationships.
Develop new business opportunities, applications, and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market surveys and analysis to support the development of new products and applications.
Provide training to customers for correct and safe usage of industrial gases.
Track, monitor, and audit company assets related to industrial gases.
