Age requirement: 26 to 37 years.
Must be a Captain or hold an equivalent rank with a defense background.
Preference for candidates who own a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Work directly under the Head of Operations.
Ensure service quality and uphold service excellence standards.
Effectively manage large-scale guarding operations.
Oversee daily morning operational reports from all zones.
Plan and execute weekly and monthly operational tasks, including new deployments, project development, and supervision.
Conduct recruitment of Security and Armed Guards, provide appropriate training, and ensure timely deployment to designated posts—one of the core responsibilities of the Operations Department.
Coordinate with various manpower sources to maintain an adequate pool of personnel for recruitment needs.
Ensure regular inspections of Security and Armed Guards by Patrol Officers and Operations Officers during both day and night shifts.
Maintain discipline among all personnel within the department.
Act as a troubleshooter for assigned operational issues.
Ensure smooth delivery of guarding services to diverse clients such as banks, industries, corporate offices, universities, telecom companies, and hospitals.
Follow a daily client visitation schedule and submit feedback reports to the reporting senior on a daily or weekly basis.
Supervise and monitor guards to maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction post-deployment.
Address operational challenges and report issues to superiors.
Coordinate with the Marketing Department to conduct Security Surveys.
Liaise with law enforcement agencies for emergency support.
Remain prepared to work under demanding or high-pressure situations.
Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department or the Board.
