Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the delivery process from grey fabric issuance to shipment for the IKEA account.
  • Report production status updates to the Head of Marketing Account Manager.
  • Develop weekly grey fabric issuance plans based on process lead times.
  • Ensure the availability of grey fabric aligned with the shipment plan.
  • Prepare priority-wise dyeing and printing sequences for IKEA orders.
  • Monitor fabric status at every stage, from grey demand to cutting, ensuring a seamless flow to the stitching production line.
  • Review the status of accessories to ensure smooth operations for stitching and packing production lines.
  • Coordinate with the Industrial Engineering (IE) department to collect minute allocations for the following month's order quantities (15 days in advance), identify bottlenecks, and optimize production to meet shipment deadlines.
  • Adjust weekly allocations in consultation with relevant personnel from the marketing department.
  • Achieve a planning adherence rate of over 90%, and prepare cutting and packing production plans to meet shipment timelines.
  • Follow up on each process stage, update the status, and share it with the concerned departments.
  • Address issues identified during the inspection of finished fabrics by coordinating with relevant personnel to resolve them promptly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of fabric to the cutting department in accordance with the cutting plan.
  • Provide regular daily reports to the reporting manager on work progress and updates.
