• Maintain safety stock levels and plan inventory to ensure smooth production operations.
• Oversee the proper receipt and storage of waste products in designated areas within the specified timeframes.
• Coordinate daily requirements with all departments and prepare indents in accordance with factory SOPs.
• Monitor local purchases and perform random price checks for verification.
• Ensure that purchased items meet the correct specifications and quantities.
• Receive imported raw materials, chemicals, and spare parts, ensuring compliance with L.C. requirements, and promptly report via email.
• Understand logistics requirements and coordinate transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Regularly inspect inventory records, ledgers, and MIS to update and monitor the store management system using the factory ERP software.
• Maintain and update daily store registers and relevant reporting documents.
• Conduct audits to verify inventory accuracy between software records, physical stock, and bin cards.
• Manage documentation, issuing, receiving, warehousing, inventory, and software entries for raw materials, finished goods, and machinery.
• Perform detailed audits to ensure compliance with standard procedures.
• Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of the chemical store.
• Oversee the receipt of all chemicals from local and foreign suppliers, ensuring compliance with LC/purchase approval documents, and accurately report inventory.
