Job Context

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations at Omega Exim PLC, ensuring efficient procurement, timely deliveries, cost-effective logistics, and accurate invoicing. The role will contribute to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage local procurement by sourcing materials, goods, and services from approved vendors while negotiating favorable terms and ensuring policy compliance.

• Coordinate delivery schedules, monitor performance, and resolve supply or delivery-related bottlenecks.

• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and inventory operations to improve efficiency and control costs.

• Ensure accurate invoicing and procurement documentation while coordinating with Finance for timely payments.

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal policies, while managing supply chain risks.

• Prepare regular procurement, logistics, and delivery KPI reports for Management review.
