Lead and manage the company’s transport and vehicle maintenance team.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of 50+ vehicles across multiple brands.
Supervise transport operations including driver management, vehicle scheduling, and route planning.
Diagnose and resolve technical/mechanical issues efficiently.
Ensure all vehicles comply with fitness, registration, insurance, and safety regulations.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of repairs, fuel usage, and maintenance costs.
Manage spare parts inventory and implement cost-control measures.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Transport Officers and support staff.
Coordinate with senior management to ensure uninterrupted transport services for Head Office and factory operations.
Prepare and present reports on fleet performance, maintenance cost analysis, and operational efficiency.
