  • Proven experience in Denim and Garments Dyeing Factory.
  • Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
  • Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Plan, schedule, and execute marketing operations for the Washing Plant.
  • Coordinate with the planning department to establish delivery schedules and optimize capacity utilization for on-time delivery.
  • Achieve yearly and monthly sales targets for the Washing Plant.
  • Create new clients through cost analysis and price negotiations.
  • Oversee the development and sourcing of sub-work wash samples.
  • Prepare marketing budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting target delivery timelines.
  • Manage and communicate with local buyers.
  • Strategize to make the washing business a key driver of sustainable growth.
  • Create new buyers by adhering to SOPs for costing and sales profitability.
  • Coordinate and streamline marketing workflows and processes.
  • Monitor and reduce marketing costs.
  • Handle L/Cs, credit realization, and other commercial activities.
  • Collaborate with the Production, Quality, Commercial, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain documentation and regularly report on work progress.
  • Coordinate and address issues related to washing samples and production.
  • Foster and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with customers.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
