Additional Requirements

• Lead and manage the yarn cotton wet processing department, including planning, execution, and process optimization.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the selection and testing of chemicals and dyes used in the wet processing of the washing plant.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in all processing activities.
• Train and mentor staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and source high-quality materials for processing.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and proposed solutions to senior management.
