• Product Quality Assurance: Ensure that the products meet customer-required quality standards, consistently delivering high-quality results.
• Customer Complaint Resolution: Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, minimizing dissatisfaction and ensuring quick turnaround times.
• Production Target Achievement: Meet the budgeted production targets, ensuring efficient and timely output.
• Query Response Management: Supervise and ensure a timely response to queries from the marketing department and customers, avoiding any financial or opportunity cost-related issues.
• Customer & Supplier Communication: Maintain strong communication with customers and suppliers to optimize output from the production unit.
• Team Motivation & Performance: Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage the best performance from the team.
• Inventory Supervision: Oversee the inventory related to the Yarn Marketing Department, ensuring optimum stock utilization, including timely grey yarn and raw material in-housing, and efficient management of non-moving or slow-moving stock.
• Asset Responsibility: Establish a sense of ownership and responsibility for all company assets within the department.
• Delivery Schedule Adherence: Ensure adherence to customer delivery schedules and plans, consistently meeting deadlines.
• Emergency Response: Address customer calls and emergencies with care, taking exemplary actions as required.
• Department Support: Assist the Head of the Department with overall activities, ensuring perfection in the management of the assigned accounts.
• Yarn Production Planning: Plan yarn production according to received orders, ensuring efficient production schedules.
• Stock Management for Orders: Manage and use yarn stock according to specific orders to ensure accurate production processes.
• Additional Tasks: Take on any other tasks assigned by the line manager to support operational goals.
