1. Zealness and commitment Label: Keen to generate leads is crucial as according to the product availability with prudent capacity to meet sales target especially premium apartment selling in Gulshan, Baridhara, Dhanmondi areas and also for other areas of Dhaka Metropolitan areas.
2. Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal communication skills are crucial for building rapport with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and navigating complex transactions. Moreover, tested in language communication skills crucial to write the proposal to the prospective clients by direct mail, Email, SMS, etc., to do it regularly for promoting and searching customers for the saleable products in any critical situation.
3. Negotiation Skill: The ability to negotiate favourable deals for clients by advocating for their interests and finding win-win solutions in sales deals.
4. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate trends, pricing, strategies and market dynamics.
5. Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong connections with different labels of clients, potential buyers and their industry professionals regularly & consistently.
6. Leadership Skills: Inspiring and motivating other team members to achieve their target by doing sales activities consistently.
7. Problem solving skills: Identifying challenges in customer/client transactions and creatively finding solutions to overcome obstacles/challenges.
8. Time Management: Efficiently managing schedules, deadlines and time frames.
