Job Summary

Ensure smooth day-to-day store floor operations, achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, lead the sales team, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Performance

✔ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

✔ Monitor hourly sales performance and take necessary actions to improve results.

✔ Increase average basket size, transaction value, and units per transaction.

✔ Drive promotional campaigns, upselling, and cross-selling activities.

✔ Track individual sales performance and motivate team members to achieve their targets.

B. Floor & Store Operations

✔ Oversee floor management and ensure smooth daily store operations.

✔ Ensure product availability, proper size assortment, and timely replenishment.

✔ Maintain proper product arrangement, folding, hanging, and display.

✔ Supervise fitting room operations and maintain discipline across the sales floor.

✔ Ensure proper execution of store opening and closing procedures.

C. Team Management & Development

✔ Supervise, guide, and motivate sales associates to achieve business objectives.

✔ Assign floor responsibilities and prepare duty schedules.

✔ Conduct daily team briefings and communicate sales targets and priorities.

✔ Train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.

✔ Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and overall productivity.

D. Customer Service Excellence

✔ Ensure an excellent customer experience at every stage of the shopping journey.

✔ Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

✔ Ensure effective customer engagement and personalized service.

✔ Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.

E. Visual Merchandising & Store Standards

✔ Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.

✔ Maintain attractive mannequin presentations, colour blocking, and product displays.

✔ Ensure accurate promotional signage and price communication.

✔ Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall brand presentation standards.

F. Inventory & Loss Prevention

✔ Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

✔ Ensure proper stock handling and transfer procedures.

✔ Take necessary measures to minimize stock loss, product damage, and operational discrepancies.

✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines (SOPs).
