  • 10 to 12 years experience
  • Assist in the development of various sales-related reports within the ERP system.
  • Ensure timely technological deliveries to meet business and regulatory objectives while adhering to security and legal compliance requirements.
  • Maintain the consistent supply of IT products for end-users and the IT department by identifying and fulfilling user requirements.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
  • Possess additional certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Virtualization, or similar technologies (preferred).

Responsibilities & Context

  • Design, build, unit test, and maintain custom objects, including but not limited to interfaces between Oracle Applications and other systems.
  • Manage and maintain databases required for development, testing, and production environments (Oracle Database 12c, 19c).
  • Create and manage databases for development, testing, and production purposes, including Oracle and MS SQL Server.
  • Implement high availability database solutions to ensure consistent performance and uptime.
  • Manage database backup, recovery, performance optimization, reorganization, and security.
  • Provide technical support to application development teams.
  • Design, maintain, and deploy software applications to meet user and business requirements.
  • Effectively manage team staffing, motivation, and resource development.
  • Mentor a team of engineers and developers, fostering professional growth and skill development.
  • Train end-users on new systems and software to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to the Head of IT.
