  • Design, implement, and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.·        
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and frameworks tailored to our innovative mission.·        
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Taking timely disciplinary action as per organization service policy and Labor law after necessary inquiry and consultation with unit/departmental heads. 
  • Compensation and benefit analysis and preparing related policies to be implemented. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies with legal requirements in areas such as safety regulations, and employee rights.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Any other task assigns by the Superior Authorit

Responsibilities & Context

  • HR Strategy and Leadership
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks tailored to the organization’s innovative mission.
  • Core HR Functions
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational growth.
  • Employee Relations: Build positive relationships with employees, addressing grievances, and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Compliance and Legal Adherence
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and legal requirements related to safety regulations and employee rights.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Take timely disciplinary actions as per the organization’s service policy and labor law after conducting inquiries and consulting departmental heads.
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct analysis and develop policies for competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Data and Metrics
  • HR Analytics: Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, making data-driven decisions for improvements.

  • Special Projects: Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Superior Authority as required.
