Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement strategic quality plans in alignment with buyer requirements and overall organizational objectives.
- Oversee the entire QA process across all production stages — including fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment.
- Ensure that AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards are consistently met or exceeded at all inspection checkpoints.
- Validate product fit, workmanship, measurements, and adherence to technical specifications prior to shipment approval.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing rejections, minimizing rework rates, and increasing first-pass yield.
- Stay informed on global QA best practices, technologies, and sustainability trends within the garment manufacturing industry to ensure up-to-date and efficient quality operations.
