• Implement strategies to maximize company value and ensure profitable operations of CAPM Advisory Limited.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations in every aspect of business operations.
• Develop strategic operating plans aligned with long-term organizational objectives.
• Ensure minimum requirements for new issue management and underwriting activities in accordance with BSEC regulations.
• Closely monitor operational and financial performance against approved plans and budgets.
• Establish and maintain strong operational planning systems and financial control mechanisms to ensure performance efficiency.
• Represent the company in engagements with major clients, stakeholders, and professional associations.
• Maintain full accountability to the Board of Directors and key shareholders regarding all operational activities.
• Monitor and guide the activities of branches, agents, and departmental heads.
• Build and lead a cohesive and effective management team covering IT, Finance, Client Services, CDBL settlement, and Trade Operations.
• Formulate, implement, and continuously improve company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate across all departments to ensure effective execution of strategies, policies, and directives.
