People’s Leasing And Financial Services Limited (PLFSL), one of the leading and established financial institutions in Bangladesh, is inviting applications from competent and enthusiastic professionals for the position of Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO). The selected candidate is expected to work within a team-oriented environment to build, lead, and strengthen an efficient and effective management team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership with a clear vision to transform People’s Leasing And Financial Services Limited into one of the largest financial institutions in the country.

• Organize, plan, supervise, and execute the operational activities of the company in line with strategic goals.

• Ensure achievement of business targets set by the Board of Directors.

• Monitor, supervise, and guide the senior management team to ensure effective performance and operational efficiency.

• Maintain strong liaison with regulatory authorities including Bangladesh Bank and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

• Build and maintain relationships with lenders, including banks, financial institutions, individual investors, and corporate clients.

• Engage regularly with business stakeholders, company Chairman, and the Board of Directors to ensure alignment of strategic objectives.

• Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank circulars and regulatory requirements related to the appointment and operations of the Managing Director/CEO.

• Salary Review: Half Yearly
