Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and motivated recent graduate who is eager to pursue a career in sales. The selected candidate will serve as an ambassador for GPH Ispat, representing the company and acting as a trusted opinion leader in the market.

  • Prepare and implement the sales plan for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market surveys and research through extensive field visits to identify potential clients.
  • Identify product gaps in the market and take the initiative to address them.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide guidance.
  • Organize product demonstrations for dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, and advocacy groups.
  • Perform continuous product and market analysis, along with daily and monthly reporting in the prescribed format.
  • Collect sales data from the market, including all products and their alternatives, and disseminate this information weekly and monthly.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and collections.
