Conduct regular field visits to provide technical support to farmers on aquaculture health and management
Promote proper usage of aqua products through demonstrations, training sessions, and farmer meetings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers, and other stakeholders to drive market growth
Gather and evaluate market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer insights, to aid in strategic planning
Meet monthly sales and collection targets, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
Actively participate in workshops, promotional events, and training programs organized by the company
Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to support management decision-making
Collaborate closely with both the marketing and technical teams to achieve the company’s business goals
